Luster Glaze processes web orders Monday through Friday. Web orders are processed within two days of receiving the order. Our philosophy is to provide the best possible, most reliable shipping service to our customers. For that reason, we ship all orders UPS, unless the product must be shipped by truck line. Our usual shipping method is UPS Ground service. From Kennewick, Washington UPS Ground service takes 2-3 days for West coast addresses, 3-5 days for Midwest addresses, and 5-7 days for East coast addresses from the date it leaves our warehouse. Once an order ships we provide our customers an email with the appropriate tracking number. Your can also track your shipment through the Order History page.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will take longer and will depend on the level of shipping service you request. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses nor do we ship outside of the USA.
Some items cannot be shipped by UPS due their chemical nature. As such, these items must be shipped only by truck line. Orders which ship by truck line are FOB Kennewick, Washington. Our shipping dock is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm for truck shipments. Our street address for truck line shipments is 211 East Columbia Drive, Kennewick, Washington 99336. We have a forklift to load and unload trucks at our dock. Once a shipment leaves our dock we can provide a Bill of Lading tracking number via email.
Occasionally we may have an item out of stock when it is ordered. If this occurs we will give the customer the option to have the item back ordered and shipped when available, or we can refund the out of stock item. If an item is out of stock and there will be a delay beyond the two days typical to process a web order we will contact you by email or phone to resolve the issue.
